SMALL GROUP
Are you looking for a challenging yet fun workout in a group setting?
Method Training offers several small groups of (2-3) OR (4-6) that
allow you to get a great workout, while still getting personal
attention.
Do you have a few friends, colleagues or family members that would be
interested in starting a small group or class? At Method Training, we
encourage the group atmosphere for those that may be intimidated
by
one-on-one training or for those that need a little extra encouragement
and
motivation. (It
is always harder to skip your training session when
you have others expecting you.)
