ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
One-on-One Training is a great starting point for anyone new to Method
Training.
Whether you are new to working out or have been training for years,
the one-on-one focus gives you and your trainer an opportunity to
establish your fitness goals and create a road map to successful
training.
At Method Training, we will customize a workout that is challenging and
efficient, allowing you to GET MORE OUT OF DOING LESS.
Once you feel comfortable with your individual training, you may feel
encouraged to join one of the small groups or classes to further your
fitness goals while still getting personal attention.
