FMS (Funciton Movement Screen)
A screening system that rates and ranks movement patterns.  It was developed to  analyze  those patterns with respect to functional performance and injury prevention.


KETTLEBELL

A kettlebell is a centuries-old training tool used to promote strength, flexibility and endurance.  It offers a workout equivalent to running sprints and lifting weights at the same time.



INDIAN CLUBS
A restorative art that can improve various aspects of the shoulder, elbow and wrist while also improving overall coordination throughout the body.


BATTLING ROPES

A system developed by John Brookfield that uses various sizes and lengths of ropes in a waving or pulling fashion.  Develops overall strength and endurance.


CALISTHENICS
Simple movements using your own body weight.  Promotes flexibility, strength coordination and numerous other benefits.
